Tonight on ACC Basketball Report I am joined by bracketologist Rocco Miller (@roccomiller8) and we discuss his method along with how the committee evaluates teams. We then go around the country before landing on the ACC where we talk about Syracuse, Duke, Notre Dame, Virginia and North Carolina State and where these teams may end up.
